2. IT and digital. Saddled with building the digital platform and database to enable delivery of the movement’s mission, goals and objectives. In addition, create connectivity of chapters and wings.

3. Communications and publicity: Communicate the works of the movement, proffer marketing and publicity strategies and implement.

4. Legal and conflict resolution committee: Outline legal frameworks, implication and implement. In addition, head all conflict resolutions.

5. Finance: Outline required funds and means of fund raising. Explore, advice and implement recommended funding channels.

6. Mobilization: Responsible for mobilizing for citizens to participate in the alliance.

7. Policy: responsible for developing sector specific policies and advising on policy matters.
